Light current (ELV) systems are the low-voltage building services that sit beside power and HVAC: security, life safety, parking, building management, and communications. We integrate cameras, access, intrusion, fire alarm (aligned with practices such as EN 54 for detection and alarm equipment), parking, BMS, intercom/PA, and extra-low-voltage entertainment and wayfinding systems from a single design so they share pathways, racks, and — where useful — a common operating picture.

ELV portfolio

  • Security systems — CCTV, thermal, ANPR, video analytics, central monitoring
  • Access control — cards, biometrics, facial recognition, visitors, time attendance
  • Intrusion detection — burglar alarm, perimeter, motion, glass-break
  • Fire & safety — addressable and conventional fire alarm, voice evac, emergency lighting, suppression interfaces
  • Parking management — guidance, barriers, ANPR, revenue collection
  • BMS — integration, energy, smart building, HVAC monitoring
  • Communications — intercom, video/IP intercom, PA, nurse call
  • ELV extras — SMATV, IPTV, master clock, queue management

Kaizen Solution designs, supplies, installs, and commissions this scope for offices, industrial sites, campuses, and data facilities across Egypt — with documentation, training, and after-sales support.

FAQ

Can CCTV, access, and fire share the same network?
IP cameras and access often share a structured LAN with VLANs and QoS. Fire alarm remains a life-safety system with its own codes, cable types, and survivability rules; we integrate events to BMS or a SOC without violating those rules.
